Donate a free coat to a child in need for each free home energy assessment requested, working with Firefighters for Operation Warm
With hundreds of homeowners signing up for free energy assessments, Columbia Gas of Massachusetts and Operation Warm were able to donate 600 coats to the children of Brockton, Lawrence and Springfield, Massachusetts. The campaign achieved the following results through marketing and outreach:
Increase in website visitation and a 17% increase in Facebook likes during the campaign period
Generated positive press coverage from local online and broadcast publications, totaling 94,715 impressions
Built awareness and increased intent to request a home energy assessment by 14%.
