The Task: Increase signups for PSE’s free HomePrint energy assessments.
The Idea: Bring home energy efficiency to PSE customers—literally, by showing up at their front door! Engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staffers went door-to-door in select PSE customer communities to sign people up for free HomePrint energy assessments—the first step towards maximizing home energy savings.
The Result: In 2014, C+C’s outreach team blew previous outreach efforts out of the water with a near-20 percent conversion rate. PSE expanded the program in 2015 and the team outdid themselves, again, this time reaching an unprecedented 27 percent average signup rate.
