Massachusetts Community Colleges


As the labor market has shifted, Massachusetts’ 15 community colleges recognized an opportunity: by engaging un- and under-employed Americans in job training and degree programs, they could address shortages in the qualified job market while helping more people attain productive and fulfilling careers. C+C conducted a market analysis and developed a multicultural outreach campaign that built awareness of the opportunities created by community college education and instilled confidence in peoples’ ability to achieve them. In total, the campaign generated over 18 million impressions, drove web traffic at three times the industry average and was featured as a best practice example in a report from the U.S. Department of Labor.
