Office Administrator

C+C is hiring an Office Administrator to take charge of the smooth running of the office, supporting our employees, clients, and guests, and keeping our amazing culture a number one priority. The Office Administrator will report to the Chief Talent Officer and will interact daily with C+C’ers from every team – virtually and in real life. This role requires a combination of attention to detail, friendly disposition, and hustle. If you live for the thrill of tracking down a lost projector so your colleagues can head to a big client pitch, are a star at keeping office plants thriving and excel spreadsheets humming, and know that a beautiful cheese plate might just save a meeting, this job may be for you.

The Office Administrator has several recurring and known responsibilities, with a fair amount of the unknown thrown in to solve every day. Here’s a snapshot of priorities:


  • Cover reception duties: answer phones, manage ongoing and outgoing mail/packages/couriers, and welcome clients, and guests to the office. YOU set the first impression on employees, clients, and guests!
  • Maintain general office appearance and upkeep in our office space by the Seattle waterfront, including managing COVID protocols for the Seattle office
  • Provide support-level work to our HR team in areas such as, recruiting, employee onboarding, new hire support, and training
  • Manage company party planning and event planning
  • Order and stock supplies, make monthly Costco runs and a cover a weekly stroll to the market to pick up fruit for the week
  • Keep kitchen, conferences rooms, and all common spaces stocked and tidy; manage dishes, coffee, etc
  • Book travel for clients and related needs
  • Collect, organize, and coordinate content in PowerPoint for weekly staff meetings
  • Manage vendors for company swag
  • Order and coordinate flower or gift delivery for clients or staff upon request
  • Coordinate catering for client meetings and other related events
  • Schedule temp staff/Social Good Ambassadors for client events
  • Update the org chart and phone list regularly
  • Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles (this includes driving vehicles to/from servicing)
  • Provide as-needed support to leadership (schedule meetings, coordinate travel, support HR, etc.)
  • Coordinate/ manage office maintenance for appliances, space, and other needs
  • Manage on-site/ offsite storage
  • Liaise with building facilities for maintenance issues, coordination of emergency drills, etc.
  • Run point for office safety as needed – first aid supplies, emergency evacuation plans, COVID related protocols


  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Administration role
  • An eye for aesthetics and ability to keep the office looking sharp
  • Incredibly organized in all aspects of your work
  • Enjoys event planning
  • Valid WA state driver’s license
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; a natural relationship builder
  • Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and provide actionable, resourceful solutions
  • Strong Microsoft Office abilities – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to embrace interruptions throughout the workday

This is a full-time, salaried position with a full benefits package. Starting salary from $52,000 – $62,000 plus bonus.
