Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, spanning commercial and industrial energy efficiency, weatherization assistance programs, distributed energy resources (DER), and demand response (DR) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest markets. His expertise encompasses multilayered stakeholder management, partnership cultivation, program design and project implementation, allowing him to deliver a comprehensive perspective in every client engagement.

Mark maintains a laser focus on delivery, continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations. His unique perspective comes from beginning his career in the field with tools in hand to now leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver on statewide initiatives through various program channels. His entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on experience foster an infectious enthusiasm for project success, complemented by seasoned advice that helps clients meet immediate KPIs while paving the way for medium- and long-term goals. As the steady hand in the storm, Mark provides invaluable counsel and support to both his clients and C+C’s project staff.
